Rajiv Thadani

Rajiv is a global engagement lead for various technology clients in KPMG’s Bay Area office. He joined KPMG in 2001 having previously worked with Arthur Andersen. He has more than 20 years of experience providing a vast array of international tax and human resources services. Prior to relocating to the United States, Rajiv has had worked in Belgium, United Kingdom, and India, and is familiar with the tax and HR challenges that accompany the international assignments.

Ciela Lewis, CRP

As Vice President, Business Development for Odyssey Relocation Management, Ciela consults with talent acquisition and global mobility program leaders throughout the U.S. to design customized relocation solutions to deliver a superior customer experience for their employees.

Recognized as an industry leader, Ciela has been in the industry for over 17 years and has spoken on local and regional conferences. Ciela has been involved with Bay Area Mobility Management (BAMM) and Southern California Relocation Council (SCRC) regional groups for more than 15 years. Ciela has held numerous Board positions throughout her tenure at both organizations, ultimately serving as President for both.

Deborah Davy


Deborah B. Davy manages the global immigratio team of the Immigration Practice Group, specializing in global visas and compliance at Gibney in San Francisco, California. She has practiced Immigration and Nationality Law since 1997.Ms. Davy is skilled at managing high-volume international personnel transfers, including short term and long term assignments, for large multinational companies in the high technology, manufacturing and financial sectors. She specializes in assisting global corporations in designing, developing and implementing successful international visa programs. Ms. Davy has established strong working relationships with premier service providers worldwide and has extensive knowledge of the rules and procedures associated with the global business visa and work permit processes.Prior to joining Gibney, Ms. Davy developed and managed the global immigration practice for a major international law firm. Ms Davy is a member of the State Bar of California, American Immigration Lawyers Association, International Bar Association, Worldwide ERC, Bay Area Professionals in Relocation Managemet

William Taylor

William Taylor is a Partner at Fakhoury Global Immigration. His expertise spans the range of immigrant and nonimmigrant corporate immigration matters, including employment visas for professionals, intra-company transferees, investors, trainees, and all stages of the employment-based Green Card process. He advises companies of all sizes on program and policy development, program management, best practices, and employer compliance issues. He is a recognized leader in the Global Mobility industry and a frequent speaker at industry events, including: American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), Worldwide ERC, Atlas Forum, HR West (NCHRA), Global Business News and regional mobility organizations throughout the United States.

Josh Hyatt, CRP

Josh Hyatt has over 13 years experience in the global mobility industry and currently holds the position of Director Business Development, Plus Relocation www.plusrelocation.com. Prior to joining Plus Relocation Josh was a National Sales Executive for ACS/Xerox Relocation where he was won several Sales awards. In addition, Josh has also worked for Paragon Relocation where he held the title of Global Business Development responsible for the Western region. Josh was 3 time business development person of the year during his tenure. In addition to business development roles, he has 10+ years of experience in marketing, and has held several Director level positions in the Architectural/Engineering, Telecom, and Hi-Tech/Dot Com industries, as well as holding the title as Manager, Marketing and Communications at Paragon Relocation.

Anthony joined Synergy in 2013 as a Business Development Manager. Anthony is a native San Franciscan with a proven track record in the industry. Prior to joining Synergy, Anthony worked with Trinity Management Services.  His accolades there included winning the San Francisco Apartment Association's Leasing Manager of the Year Award in 2012. The commitment Anthony shows to his clients is demonstrated in his focus and determination to support and provide them with the best experience wherever they stay across the globe.


Helen Maracle

Helen Maracle started in the relocation industry as an agency owner in Moving & Storage.  During that time she served on the board of the California Moving & Storage Association and was an integral part in raising $200K+ in monies donated to their scholarship fund.  In 2005, Helen made the transition to Corporate Sales which is when she became active with the western region ERC groups.  She joined the board of the Southern California Relocation Council in 2008 and 4 years later stepped into the President role.  In the last 6 years, with the help and support of the entire SCRC board, Helen was essential in introducing new and innovative technology platforms dealing with communications, membership management, finance and social media.  Networking as well as connecting relocation and global mobility professionals is a true passion for Helen as well as giving back to our industry with her time and dedication.

Christine Hagberg

Christine started her career with Oakwood Worldwide in 2010.She is responsible for developing and managing Oakwood's strategic relationships with several key technology firms, hospitals, relocation clients around the globe.Christine has more than 30 years experiencing working with clients here in the Bay Area with travel, housing and IT Communications.Before coming to Oakwood Christine spent 20 years in the Telecommunications industry where she received numerous awards for achievement and account development.She was responsible for bringing in new clients; Client Retention, Client Relationship Development, and Business Development.Christine has been very involved with Bay Area Mobility Management (BAMM) during her tenure at Oakwood and has been a contributor on the annual conference for the past 5 years.At BAMM, Christine served 3 years as the hotel chair, 1 year as co-chair and 1 year as sponsor chair.

Brynne Kennedy is the CEO and Founder of MOVE Guides. MOVE Guides makes it possible for companies and individuals to work everywhere with a technology platform that connects relocation logistics, expatriate management and tax, and immigration.  Brynne founded MOVE Guides after being an expatriate herself while an investment banker, and has raised $100 million dollars from top venture capital funds to reinvent global mobility solutions. Brynne is also the Founder of #Mobility4All, a non-profit movement that empowers those fleeing poverty and conflict through global mobility, and to which MOVE Guides contributes a % of its revenue.  Brynne has won many awards for her leadership including Entrepreneur of the Year in the Women in IT Awards, Women of the Future Awards and Stevie Awards.  She has been a part of Management Today’s 35 Under 35, named a Workforce Game Changer, one of 25 people changing the HR industry, and recognized with the Meritorious Service Award from Worldwide ERC.  In 2017, Brynne won London Business School’s Distinguished Alumni Award.
Danielle Dahl

YP Group

Danielle moved back to the bay after spending her childhood in Washington State and joined the S&M Moving Systems team in 2011. She spent her first few months in accounting, transitioning to coordinating international moves before finding her true passion – helping customers in the field as a move consultant. In 2015, she got involved with Worldwide ERC as YP40 committee member, and served as an ambassador for the organization in 2016. Danielle was recently selected to Unigroup’s Strategic Leadership Program at the highly accredited Washington University in St. Louis. She relishes every opportunity to expand her knowledge base and further her expertise in the industry. Whether it’s facilitating introductions or sharing new resources, Danielle is always happily looking for ways to assist her customers and peers. Her new role within S&M Moving Systems will allow her to focus on corporate relocation and international logistics while expanding the YP community.

Robert Horsley

Robert Horsley is Executive Director for Fragomen, the world’s largest immigration services provider. He been with the firm for over 20 years and helps to drive the execution and mobilization of Fragomen’s vision globally through the leadership and strategy roles he has held with the Firm. During his tenure at Fragomen, Robert has been a member of the firm's Client Engagement & Strategies, Corporate Development, Communications, Marketing, Best Practices and Technology steering committees, as well as a leader of the I-9 Service Center Practice Group. Much of his time is given to working on initiatives that will benefit the mobility industry as a whole by defining integration strategies and driving for greater transparency, speed to market and efficiencies.  Outside of the firm, Robert is a recognized leader in the talent workforce and mobility industry. He sits on the boards of several industry leading organizations including the National Immigration Law Center, CompTIA, Bay Area Mobility Management and Worldwide ERC, where he has been Chairman of the Board. He speaks frequently around the world on the future of work, digital transformation and aligning talent with business purpose and generational priorities.

Sandra Beyer

Sandra Beyer is an active member, speaker and contributor within the Global Mobility industry and has over 10 years of experience.  Her areas of expertise are Global Assignments, Domestic Relocation and Immigration. A short-term international assignment to Munich, Germany as well as working on global project initiatives, helped her gain perspective in working with individuals from widely different cultures and integrating the need to think globally yet adapt locally within her own organizations. Sandra has Worldwide ERC CRP and GMS designations and is currently a Senior Global Mobility Specialist at Salesforce in San Francisco, CA.
