So far as we know it, humans are not able to predict the future with absolute certainty. And while big data and predictive analytics may be able to give us some clues about what may happen, there’s always that chance something occurs that throws a major wrench in the works. In particular with the rate of technological advances and globalization, what worked yesterday may no longer be the gold standard for the future - this includes how to effectively manage your career!

In our spring YP event we’re joined by High Performance Coach and Business & Leadership Strategist, Jen Gresham, as she walks us through how to build a thriving and resilient career under the assumption that the future is unknown. She’ll cover the skills we all need to learn (but no one teaches us), how to leverage mentorship, and building career trajectory for the future.

As always with BAMM YP events, bites and beverages will be provided with ample time for networking.

 About Jennifer Gresham - High Performance Coach, Business & Leadership Strategist

After graduating from the U.S. Air Force Academy, Jen Gresham earned her Ph.D. and served as an Air Force officer for 16 years. By her thirties, she was named the Assistant Chief Scientist of the Human Performance Wing of the Air Force Research Laboratory, helping to lead a $100M research portfolio spanning the fields of biology, psychology, and technology.

 Today, she serves as a high performance coach, helping her clients tackle near-impossible goals that, if achieved, create enormous impact that establish a reputation as a thought leader and massively accelerate one's business or career. Jen is pursuing her own moonshot by creating a $100 million incentive prize that will rethink how we prepare individuals for new work in light of rapidly changing technology.
