    Global account Manager

    Hayward, California  

    If you are energetic, customer driven, professional, and knowledgeable in the Global Mobility industry and thrive on hard work and responsibility, you are the right person for this role.  As a Global Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing the Company's relationships with assigned corporate clients, ensuring we continuously meet our service commitments and any emerging client needs and wants. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships.  You will recognize opportunities to drive partnership initiatives and seek to develop win-win scenarios in collaboration with colleagues at TheMIGroup.


    ·         Acting as the interface between our internal Client Services and Administration team and the client, you will take ownership for problem solving and troubleshooting our clients' concerns and needs with the effective development of strategies into tangible outcomes. 

    ·         You will also develop and implement account specific plans and strategies in conjunction with the VP Client Relations, to achieve revenue, volume and profit goals. 

    ·         You will develop and evaluate client proposals and presentations, conduct client meetings, and participate in the negotiation of contractual agreements. 

    Required Qualifications and Experience:

    ·         You will have at least 3 to 5 years’ related business experience in a HR/Mobility role, Global Account Management, or Consultative Sales role, in a global relocation environment. 

    ·         You must have excellent relationship development and management abilities, sophisticated interpersonal skills, and the ability to interact with key stake holders at all levels internally and externally. 

    ·          You are articulate with exceptional written and verbal communication and listening skills. 

    ·         Experience creating and delivering presentations to all levels of clients along with strong computer skills including MS Office are a must.

    ·         You will be methodical, organized and conscientious with the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment.

    ·          A university degree or professional studies in business or equivalent experience is preferred. 

    ·         SAP knowledge would be advantageous.

    ·          Travel will be required for this position
