    Global Immigration and Mobility Program Manager & Special Projects Manager

    Primary Function of Position:

    The Global Immigration and Mobility Program Manager and Special Project Manager Position will lead the global immigration and mobility program function and coordinate various special projects within the Intuitive Tax Department.  This position will report to the Director of International Tax and Tax Counsel.

    Responsibilities for Immigration and Mobility Program

    • Manage the day to day U.S. outbound immigration program
    • Manage all international expat assignments with consideration to all legal aspects of tax, equity, employment and compliance
    • Present business leaders with forecasts and immigration regulation updates.
    • Strategize, implement and ensure seamless immigration processes
    • Act as single point of contact for all mobility issues to employees, HR , advisors, and candidates
    • Manage mobility policies and any exceptions to these policies
    • Conduct internal trainings for immigration processes and compliance
    • Manage various vendors for relocation and tax services. Lead RFP process with vendors along with implementation
    • Conduct detailed cost analysis. Track vendor invoices, contracts, and purchase requisitions.

    Special Project Manager
    • Act as project manager for the implementation of new legal entity formations and cross-border transaction documentation.
    • Conduct board meetings for legal entities as required.
    • Manage outside legal counsel in connection with intercompany transaction document preparation and filings.
    • Assist with coordination of worldwide transfer pricing documentation.
    • Assist senior Tax Department members on various special projects including creating Excel and/or PowerPoint templates and models for evaluating and presenting tax positions and financial implications of potential projects.


    • In-depth experience with US and non-US immigration
    • 6+ years of experience working in field of global mobility
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to present data and make recommendations to all levels in the organization
    • Experience with relocation and expat programs
    • Experience in a fast moving and high growth environment
    • Strong project management skills
    • Ability to work on many projects at one time and desire to learn new areas and skills based on changing business environment and departmental needs
    • Advanced level Excel Skills
    • Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Finance, Accounting or related field
