    Own Intuit’s US immigration program end-to-end in partnership with our immigration firm, immigration program leader and global mobility team:

    • · Manage outside counsel relationship to ensure delivering to program standards and optimizing resources, while driving improvements for the future.
    • · Partner with our Talent Acquisition & HR Business Partner teams to support our talent strategy to hire and retain the world’s top talent.
    • · Confidently communicate about the program, analyze complex matters, advise on challenges with empathy and resolve issues by facilitating stakeholder discussions that balance business needs, employee experience and risk.
    • · Proactively assess and plan for regulatory changes that may impact our program and/or employees. Execute change and communication plans flawlessly.
    • · Optimize processes (scalability) and improve program ease for customer experiences by leveraging data, voice of customer feedback, knowledge and experience to understand trends and patterns, identify actionable insights and drive innovative actions.
    • · Educate key stakeholders through discussions and trainings; always looking for ways to scale.
    • · Oversee program management functions, including but not limited to: purchase orders, billing, pre-offer immigration assessments, case initiations, escalations, USCIS site visits, Public Access Files, and signing all immigration-related government forms.

    • · Comprehensive knowledge of US immigration, with minimum 4-6 years immigration experience in a high growth global company.
    • · Your native tongue and passion is US immigration, but you are also conversant in global mobility (relocation, tax and global immigration).
    • · Experience in other areas of Human Resources is a plus
    • · Paralegal certification and /or legal experience is a plus
    • · Bachelor’s degree preferred
