    We are seeking a Relocation and Client Development Director to work in our San Jose market. This person will play a key role in developing the standard in relocation and real estate experiences through client relationships, careful agent team management, and agent education.  The Relocation and Client Development Director will be the local presence representing NRT LLC’s National Company Generated Business group to both business sources as well agents on one or several defined CGB agent teams.   The successful candidate will embrace the challenges of being the conduit between business sources and independent contractors. 

     

    The company generated business group is responsible for establishing business opportunities for independent sales associates affiliated with an NRT LLC. real estate company.  

     

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Represent two of the three company generated business lines, including Relocation and Customer Engagement and the company at local branch and regional office meetings
    • Represent Relocation department and company to corporations and other sources of business including relocation companies for company and/or corporate client specific events 
    • Work closely with VP, Relocation and Client Development, National Home Resource Center Director, LOC President, and Service Center Operations Director to establish and execute strategies to successfully achieve the vision and company goals in performance and profitability
    • Communicate with office managers and associates to promote and achieve performance metrics of the Relocation and Customer Engagement business lines.
    • Effectively educate and coach Relocation and Customer Engagement Agents on specific use of proprietary CRM and Lead Assignment technology.
    • Responsible for the selection and management of customer engagement and relocation agent teams
    • Effectively communicate any issues brought to your attention to the appropriate service center for escalation and resolution
    • Work with VP of Relocation and Client Development, Operations Director, Service Center Supervisors and Home Resource Center Director to plan and implement agent education
    • Effectively promote the Sales Associate Lead Program, and pursue viable leads as they are presented to you.  In addition, identify and pursue unattached business development opportunities within your local market, such as corporate and affinity prospects.

     

    Basic Requirements:

    • High School Degree or equivalent
    • Sales, marketing and/or business development experience
    • Extensive knowledge of and experience in the residential real estate and/or relocation industries. 

     

    Other Requirements:

    • Experience with generation and/or conversion of online consumer leads preferred.
    • Prefer current real estate license or willingness to obtain one. 
    • Prefer at least five years of experience in a real estate relocation department, relocation management company or real estate leadership.    
    • WERC CRP Designation a plus, but not required
    • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced, high volume environment
    • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
    • Platform and classroom style public speaking experience preferred
    • College degree preferred

     

    Travel requirements may include:

    • Travel for group move presentations
    • Travel to industry conferences
    • Local and Regional travel as needed dependent coverage area
    • Overnight travel: 0 – 10%
