    Relocation Manager

    Hayward, California

    As a Relocation Manager, you will work closely with our corporate clients and their relocating employees and have responsibility for delivering and coordinating a range of international global mobility & domestic relocation services including but not limited to real estate transactions, household goods, move management, expense management and a range of destination services. You will also manage relationships with our local and international suppliers as well as have responsibility for receiving and processing initiations in SAP. You will work closely with the transferee ensuring they understand the relocation process and policy.

    To be successful in this role, you must have strong diplomatic and empathetic skills as well as excellent relationship development skills. Ideally, you will have at least 3 years of direct employee counseling across a broad range of domestic and global mobility services. A strong skill set for file management is required. Domestic real estate knowledge/experience is a definite asset. You will possess excellent customer service, a high energy level, and ability to work with deadlines. Solid organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work in a fast paced environment are essential. Strong communication skills both written and verbal, proactive problem solving skills, and attention to detail are a must. A head for numbers and strong computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook) are necessary. A college or university degree and the CRP designation is preferred. SAP knowledge would be a definite asset.
