    Position Responsibilities:

    • Perform all sales and marketing activities related to business development initiatives
    • Develop sales strategies by estimating, forecasting, and anticipating market/industry trends
    • Continuously prospect new accounts and secure new business opportunities by following sales goals and target market criteria for the region
    • Maintain existing account relationships
    • Utilize extensive knowledge of Aires’ services and systems to consult with prospective clients and propose solutions that will meet their business needs and objectives
    • Prepare effective sales, presentations and proposals
    • Select quality agents in assigned territory
    • Work closely with internal departments to deliver quality service, while providing frequent communication with clients to ensure account satisfaction
    • Attend and participating in conventions
    • Travel for a minimum of 12 trips per year

    Qualifications:

    • Minimum of 5 years relevant sales, account management, or operations experience within the relocation industry
    • Associate or Bachelor’s Degree, preferred but not required
    • Certified Relocation Profession (CRP), preferred
    • Global Mobility Specialist (GMS), preferred
