Keystone Sponsorship Lottery

BAMM is pleased to announce the 2018 Sponsorship Levels:

• Platinum Level (Only 6 spots available. Must be a current 2017 BAMM Sponsor to submit via Lottery)
  
• Keystone Level (Only 25 spots available to the Community via Lottery)
  
• Mission Level (Unlimited spots available to the Community)
  
• BAMM Supporter (Unlimited spots available to the Community)
  

Based on feedback from our sponsors and the limited spots available, we are moving to a lottery selection process for the Platinum and Keystone Sponsorship Levels.  The goal of the lottery is to provide a platform that promotes transparency and equal opportunity to be selected. 

The lottery submission window will open on:
Wednesday, Dec 27th

It will be open for a 10 day period and you must enter to reserve your space for a chance to be selected in the lottery drawing.

The lottery window closes at:
9:00am PST on Friday, January 5^th

TO ENTER THE LOTTERY:
Please click on the PURPLE REGISTER button on the right of the screen.

Drawings will be held on Friday, January 5th after the submission window closes.  Winners will be notified no later than Monday, January 8th. 

Mission Level and the BAMM Supporter Sponsorship will be available to purchase on Tuesday, January 9^th on the BAMM website under “Donations”.

All payments must be received by January 23^rd in order to secure your sponsorship position and to receive recognition at the BAMM Annual Conference.

SUBMISSION PROCESS DETAILS

• Lottery Submission Window: 9:00am PST December 27th – 9:00am PST January 5^th
• Submissions for Platinum level sponsorship will only be accepted for current 2017 sponsors (any level).  If a submission is received from a company that is not a current 2017 sponsor, your submission will be removed and you will not be placed in the lottery drawing
• Submissions will not be allowed after 9:00am PST January 5th
• Lottery drawing held on January 5^th
• Lottery winners notified no later than January 8^th 
• Mission & BAMM Supporter will be available to purchase on January 9^th
• All payments must be received by January 23rd or you spot will be given up.
