About Landed:
Join us on our mission to help essential professionals build financial security near the communities they serve. Landed helps families navigate all of their options for buying a home, including our own shared equity down payment program. Landed works with education and healthcare employees in expensive metro areas like San Francisco, Seattle, Denver, Los Angeles, San Diego, Washington D.C. and Boston. Recent press coverage of our work can be found in The New York Times, Forbes, NPR, and The Wall Street Journal. You can learn more about us at www.landed.com.
Our team has four core values that guide our decisions: Act with humility. Find what's fair. Prioritize the human. Own your growth.
About the Role:
Our partnerships with schools, hospitals, and other employers are growing! Your primary objective is to help support our employer partners, who have committed to sharing Landed with their employees, in helping them effectively communicate our programs to potential homebuyers. This will include managing the “Committed” to “Launched” stages of our employer partnerships pipeline, scheduling and coordinating online information sessions, and working with partner employer leaders to craft internal and external communications for both new launches and re-engagement activities with existing employer partners.
This role will be a part of Landed’s Employer Partnerships team, within our broader Customer Sales team, and will report to the Employer Partnerships team manager.
As a Partner Success & Engagement Lead you will:
- Plan and execute a large number of employer launches and engagement activities across all major cities that Landed operates in. This includes coordinating with human resources and communications staff at partner institutions to ensure that email announcements are sent to all employees, relevant stakeholders are engaged, legal questions are addressed, and employees are aware of Landed’s programs.
- Coordinate event operations for homebuyer information sessions, currently all held online via Zoom. This involves training Landed’s team members on presentation formats, tracking event data, managing event settings, and using Landed’s in-house events tools.
- Measure and track the results from employer launches and engagement activities. You will be accountable for the number of people successfully engaged by emails, press, and at events during employer engagement activities and will analyze this data regularly. You will also build and maintain systems to track the health of employer partnerships over time.
- Collaborate with the other teams at Landed, especially our Relationship Manager team, who will lead information session presentations and lead initial homebuyer calls from leads generated during employer engagements.
- Take lead on non-employer events and activities that could bring in leads including conferences, hiring fairs and more. Identify the business development opportunity and coordinate Landed’s participation in the event. Measure and track the results from events that you manage.
You will bring the following strengths to this role:
- People Logistics. You love coordinating projects with multiple stakeholders and quickly building rapport with new people. You’re not afraid of navigating large organizations and finding the right allies within them.
- Event Planning. You know how to organize online events that feel warm, welcoming, and engaging for everyone who attends.
- Comfort with Technology. You know how to use and manage Zoom and common CRMs (ideally Hubspot). You love learning new systems and finding ways to streamline processes in those systems.
- Project Management. You are able to keep multiple projects on track simultaneously and coordinate people to achieve a common objective.
- Communications and Storytelling. You love sharing ideas and stories with audiences large and small, and connect easily with people from a diverse range of backgrounds. You have a deep understanding of Landed’s offering and are excited to share it. You thrive at explaining difficult concepts simply. You adjust your communication style to meet the unique needs of people, and translate messages among different stakeholders.
- Driven. You are a motivator and encourager. You bring commitment and professionalism to partnerships, and are not easily shaken by unexpected changes and challenges.
We think you’ll be great for this role if you're...
- You have 3+ years of work experience, and previous experience in event planning, sales or account management, or community organizing.
- You have a flexible work schedule where you can work with partners in different time zones.
- You are organized and naturally good at keeping multiple projects on track simultaneously.
- A people’s person who’s energized by talking to diverse stakeholders across different types of organizations and regions.
- You have a comfort and a willingness to learn our systems (Hubspot, Slack, etc), and use data regularly in your role.
We’d be even more excited if you’re…
- You bring previous experience in real estate, healthcare, or education.
- You are familiar with what it's like working for a high growth startup company.
This role may not be the best for candidates who are looking for...
- An internal facing role with little change.
- Predictable hours, low risk, slow paced.
- A strategy role without execution.
Here are some more specifics...
- This is a full-time role based with flexible location, ideally based in the San Francisco Bay Area, Denver, Seattle, or Los Angeles. In addition to a competitive salary, this position includes equity at a high-profile, Series A start-up.
- We offer full health & wellness benefits, including a wealth of other benefits to support your professional growth. We also encourage and accommodate schedules that take into consideration the diversity of responsibilities and goals our teammates have outside of the office.

We are committed to building a diverse and inclusive team that reflects our values and our work. We are excited about all qualified applicants, and we want to be sure women, people of color, those who are economically disadvantaged, and gender diverse individuals feel encouraged to apply.
