We are looking for an experienced Relocation Specialist to help scale Lucid’s relocation program and improve the relocation experience for all of our employees. This position will act as a subject matter expert to internal key stakeholders and mobile employees regarding international and domestic relocations.
The Role
- Provide oversight to all relocation activities and manage the relocation process for all domestic and international employees;
- Work with internal key stakeholders such as Talent Acquisition and Human Resources to provide expertise regarding all relocation matters;
- Closely partner with our relocation service provider to initiate and ensure all moves are processed timely and smoothly;
- Ensure support for employee and candidates moves domestically and internationally by collaborating cross functionally with the mobility team, immigration team and external vendors;
- Provide guidance to new hires and employees regarding their relocation benefits;
- Identify process and policy improvements and work with relevant partners to implement;
- Be the escalation point for team members for all relocation matters;
- Ensure relocation program and policy materials and resources are communicated to employees and partners.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3+ years of experience administering global relocation programs
- Outstanding customer service/business partnering skills, including appropriate use of tact, flexibility, initiative and discretion
- Proven ability to work autonomously and coordinate multiple activities, while maintaining a high level of customer service
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an extreme attention to detail
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office software
- Heightened sense of urgency, meet assigned deadlines and communicate move progress/status/issues to hiring managers and Talent Acquisition team
