About the role
This is an opportunity to put your expertise in sales and capital markets to work in a mission-driven organization and help build a new asset class. Landed is looking for an experienced capital markets professional to be its Institutional Sales Lead. This role will be responsible for leading the investment vehicle fundraising efforts that enable Landed to provide unique forms of financing to essential professionals across the county.
Areas of responsibility:
- Capital raising across all institutional channels including: pension funds, endowments, foundations, REITs, banks, private equity and hedge funds
- Fundraising strategy and implementation
- Ongoing investor relations
- Investment impact marketing
Activities:
- Establish and manage institutional investor target list
- Convert investor interest into an allocation to Landed’s investment strategy
- Investor education and drip campaigns
- Hone Landed’s impact narrative among impact-oriented investors
- Leverage Landed’s investment research and reporting for the above
Skills/Experience:
- 5+ years of institutional sales experience
- Track record of closing $500mm+ investments into private equity, real estate, infrastructure and/or alternative investment vehicles
- Relationships with existing capital allocators
- Experience marketing Environmental, Social, and Corporate Governance (ESG) or impact investment products
